Ella Cleaning was born out of an urgent challenge. A large post-construction project for university suites was set to open, but faced a critical issue: four cleaning companies had already been hired, yet the work still didn’t meet the required quality standards. With five floors and 52 rooms per floor, as well as multiple common areas, including kitchens, a gym, game and study rooms, lobby, pool area, and rooftops, the space needed to be spotless to welcome its first residents. Recognized for my history of excellence and commitment to cleaning, I was recommended to take on this mission. In just five days, our team of 39 dedicated professionals worked around the clock in shifts, ensuring the cleanliness of every detail. By the end of the deadline, we delivered the site in perfect post-construction condition, ready for its initial occupancy. Every area was impeccably clean, with a pleasant fragrance and a fresh feel, ideal for welcoming new residents. Impressed by our efficiency, leadership, and innovative techniques that brought both quality and speed to the process, the client encouraged us to expand our services beyond residential and corporate cleaning. Since then, in addition to providing daily maintenance for the university building, we have extended our services to a hotel for the same client, offering housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning for underground areas and parking garages, always maintaining the same standard of excellence.
